Issta Lines Group is the largest and most prominent travel group in Israel.
The company was established in 1956 with the aim of serving the student community and young people in Israel, in collaboration with international student-oriented tourist organizations and being their sole representative in Israel.
Since those early days, the company has expanded significantly and now serves the entire population.
In May 1996 Issta lines became a public company and its shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Issta Lines is a member of some of the world's leading tourism organizations, which enables it to provide its clients with a wide range of services including, flights, hotels, tours, domestic and inbound travel, car rental and cruises.
The Issta Group maintains more than 70 branches throughout Israel, as well as five leading Internet brands and a large ‘Call Center’. The Group employs some 1000 permanent employees in Israel and abroad.
In 2009 the Group provided services to some 650,000 travelers, representing a turnover of approximately $400,000,000.

• Issta Israel (100%) - Israel's largest travel network; the core of the Group's operations.
• Nofesh Yashir (50%) - in partnership with The Blue Square-Israel Ltd a company specializing in ‘Last Minute’ products operating travel services through an internet portal and a travel services
• Ortal (100%) - specializing in domestic & local travel , groups of public sector
• Walla Tours (50%) a partnership with Israel's largest Internet portal. The company specializes in the marketing and sale of tourism products via the Internet.
• Netravel Fly (50%) - in Partnership with Market Place Israel's largest travel E.Commerce entity.
• Mabat Platinum (100%) - a company engaged in incoming travel.
• Subsidiaries, in London, Manchester, Amsterdam and Paris.
  
  In 2006 we esablished - Issta Hotels LTD– and Issta Assets LTD.
  The companies own the following assets:
  • 8 hotels in Europe
  • Buisness hotel in Herzeliya – Israel (in construction)
  • Spa – Hotel in Kiryat Anavim (near Jerusalem)
  • Several commercial and offices buildings in Tel Aviv
  • 250 student dorms apartments in Nataniya.
