The hotel is directly connected to Tochomae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Shinjuku Train Station is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride via the hotel's free shuttle. Amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool. A breakfast buffet featuring Western and Japanese options is available (currently with reduced service). Multiple restaurants and bars are on-site (Junisoh, Dynasty, Metropolitan Grill, Zatta, Marble Lounge, St. George Bar, and TSUNOHAZU dining floor), though some services may be reduced. Free WiFi is available in the lobby, Marble Lounge, and Executive Lounge (currently with reduced service). Airport shuttle, concierge, and valet parking are currently unavailable. Guests aged 6 and up are charged the same price as adults; please include them as adults when making a reservation. Additional beds will incur additional charges. The swimming pool will be closed on July 06, 2026 for maintenance purposes. From June to October 31, 2026, the hotel will be undergoing room upgrades, including related pipework in the underground areas of the hotel.
